Violette is an accomplished scientist and leader with extensive experience in research and development. She holds a Master’s degree in Neuroscience from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and a DUT in Biological Engineering from IUT de Clermont-Ferrand.
With 15 years of experience at ANS Biotech, she is a highly skilled leader in the field of preclinical pain models. As the Operational Production Manager since January 2021, she ensures the efficient and high-quality execution of the company’s production processes. Violette’s previous roles include Senior Study Director, where she led key R&D projects and collaborated on innovative research initiatives.
Her extensive expertise in pain pharmacology and operational management makes her an invaluable asset to ANS Biotech. Violette’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction drives the company’s success in delivering perfect customer study proposals.
Violette presides over our Animal Welfare Structure (AWS) and actively exchanges with the Ethics Committee that contributes to enriching our practices related to the use of animals in our experimental projects.
Her leadership continues to propel ANS Biotech forward, maintaining its reputation for high standards, effective production methodologies, and exceptional customer service.
